Superhero alias: Radar. A nearly two-foot-tall genetically modified beagle with enhanced hearing, scenting, and signal detection abilities. Originally created to serve at detection equitment in World War II, he can detect an incalculable range of frequencies including; radio signals, digital pulses, and unusual energy disturbances. Shortly after the war (1946) he was put into a cryogenic stasis, but after the murder of the Gardians of the Globe (2003), he was reactiviated to serve in the GDA.

Due to his classification as government owned weaponry on paper, Radar has limited freedoms in the modern day and has his day to day movments controlled by the GDA. Due to having missed 50+ years of history he often finds himself playing catch up with modern technology. Radar is intelligent and passionate about signal analysis, however he remians desprate to please, emotionally immature, and fairly unaware of how his past treatment in govenment agencies effects his relationship to Cecil.
